6.2 Measuring using reagent tests with AutoSelector
After the measurement is finished:
Always align rectangular cells as follows:
vertically
at the right stop of the cell shaft
the frosted side to the front
The 10 mm cell, unlike the 20 mm and 50 mm
cells, stands loose in the cell shaft and is not
guided. Place the cell in the right end of the
cell shaft. The cell aligns automatically to the
correct position due to gravity.
6 Measuring the absorbance/transmission
AutoSelector
Line mark
Barcode
→ First insert the AutoSelector into the round cell
shaft.
→ Align the line mark to the notch of the photometer.
→ Then insert the rectangular cell into the rectangu-
lar cell shaft.
The measured value for the wavelength displayed at
the top right appears.
This measured value is automatically stored.
