An electrical circuit is usually insulated by an insulating material and encased.     Control circuit specifications 2.3.2 Changing the control logic The input signals are set to sink logic (SINK) when shipped from the factory. To change the control logic, the jumper connector above the control terminal must be moved to the other position. Change the jumper connector in the sink logic (SINK) position to source logic (SOURCE) position using tweezers, a pair of long-nose pliers etc.

    EMC and leakage currents 3.1.2 EMC measures Some electromagnetic noises enter the drive unit to malfunction it and others are radiated by the drive unit to malfunction peripheral devices. Though the drive unit is designed to have high immunity performance, it handles low-level signals, so it requires the following basic techniques.

To prevent this, always install an optional AC reactor (FR-HAL).
