This sets the controls for the Metadata Decoder A.
METO specifies the output of the Metadata.

METV specifies the type of Metadata that is inserted in
VADL
VANC.
VADI
VADS
VADL selects the input VANC line for de-embedding.
VAKL
VAEL
VADI selects the VANC Data ID.
VAEI
VAES
VADS selects the VANC Secondary Data ID.
VAEN
DEAM
VAKL selects whether to delete specified VANC packets.
VAEL selects the output VANC for embedding.
VAEI selects the output VANC Data ID.
VAES selects the output VANC Secondary Data ID.
VAEN selects whether VANC will be embedding on the
output video.
DEAM selects the source of metadata for the Dolby-E
encoder.
With this control you can set the type of Metadata output.
Select VNCA to output Metadata from the input VANC
packets.
