(b) Press the PEAK key to set the displays to show load,
extension and strain values that occur at the peak load
during a test. This can be done at any time, either be-
fore, during, or at the end of a test when the values are
stored. The PEAK LED is lit when this function is ac-
tive.
(c) Press the BREAK key to set the displays to show load,
extension and strain values at specimen break. This can
be done at any time, either before, during, or at the end
of a test when the values are stored. During a test, the
displays remain blank until a break condition occurs.
The BREAK LED is lit when this function is active.
(d) Press the PEAK BREAK key to set the LOAD dis-
play to show peak load value for a test and the EX-
TENSION and STRAIN displays to show values at
specimen break. This can be done at any time, either
before, during, or at the end of a test when values are
stored. The PEAK BREAK LED is lit when this func-
tion is active.
(e) Press the RESET PEAKS key during a test to reset
stored peak values of load, extension and strain to
values at the current load. Peak storage is then up-
dated to values at the next peak load. This key does
not change which values are selected to be displayed
(Break, Peak or Track) and is active only during a
test.
