In W mode, the FP7 MW Unit occupies only one word. It is allocated as a flag for executing
the data transfer function (SEND/RECV instruction).

Slot numbers are decided by registering units in the I/O map. Slot numbers are used when
reading or writing the values of unit memories by user programs. They are also used when
performing the data monitoring on FPWIN GR7.

closest to the CPU unit.
