"#": Indicates a command.
"$": Indicates a normal response.
"!": Indicates an error response.
"0C": Indicates the access link unit command.
"0x01" to "0x10": For the FP7 MW Unit, specify slot numbers.
Specify slot numbers (01 to 16) converted to hexadecimal.
"0C": It is returned for a normal response.
An error code is returned when an error occurs.
