UID Parsing Output

When a UID is successfully parsed, the fields shown below are created. Each field is
comma-separated. If data is missing from a field in the UID, a lone comma fills the field.
When a UID successfully parses, a parsed UID symbol type transmits to the host.
When parsing is unsuccessful but data transmits to the host anyway, the data is in the data
matrix format.
