To configure CSPF:

Configuring OSPF TE
Configure OSPF TE if the routing protocol is OSPF and a dynamic signaling protocol is used for MPLS TE
tunnel setup.
The OSPF TE extension uses Opaque Type 10 LSAs to carry TE attributes of links. Before configuring
OSPF TE, you need to enable the opaque capability of OSPF. In addition, for TE LSAs to be generated,
at least one neighbor must be in full state.
To configure OSPF TE:

Enter system view.

Enter OSPF view.
3.
Enable the opaque LSA
capability.
4.
Enter OSPF area view.
5.
Enable MPLS TE in the OSPF
area.
