(1) Problems related to the power supply
The power does not turn ON.
The external power supply is
faulty.
The 24VDC power cable wiring is
incorrect.
The ON/OFF cable is
short-circuited. (Only when using
PD25 power supply unit.)
The external power turns ON but the control unit power does not turn ON.
The external power supply output
is not correct.
The 24VDC power supply cable is
disconnected or broken.
The cable connected from the
control unit to the peripheral
device is short-circuited.
The control unit is faulty.
The power turns OFF.
There is a problem in the supply
power.
A problem occurs when the
peripheral device starts operating.
Cause
Check whether the power can be turned ON only with the
external power supply.
Check that the input voltage is within 200 to 230VAC and
that the output voltage is 24VDC±5%.
Check the cable wiring.
Check that the output voltage is 24VDC±5% at the
connector end on the control unit side.
Check the cable wiring.

Check that the output voltage is 24VDC±5% at the
connector end on the control unit side.
Correctly insert the connector in the control unit. Check the
cable wiring.
Disconnect the cables connected to the peripheral device
one at a time, and check that the power turns ON. Check
whether any of the cables are short-circuited.
Confirm that the control unit's LED "DCOUT" (green) lights
when the cables connected to the peripheral devices are
disconnected. If the "LED 24DCIN" (green) turns ON and
"DCOUT" remains OFF, the internal power supply circuit
may be faulty.
Cause
Check that there is no voltage fluctuation.
Check whether an instantaneous power failure has
occurred.
Check whether the voltage drops instantaneously when the
peripheral device operation starts.
