Camshaft removed (05220).
Valves removed.
Camshaft bearing caps (1) .................
Camshaft bearing basic bores (D)
Camshaft bearing basic bores (D)
01.10 - 419/l
remove, install, 25 Nm.
measure.
Note
bearing bores once to max. 0.5 mm oversize.
Observe repair stage dimensions.
bore out according to operating instructions for
tool used.
Caution!
When boring ensure that the mating surface at
the rear of the cylinder head cover and the
mount for the sealing plate at the front are not
damaged.
