Operation of the camera buttons

Basic camera operation can be performed with the buttons on the camera.
There are buttons with different operations when the control panel is connected or not connected.

1 <USER 1>/<PLAY> button
r When the control panel is connected
f When the <USER 1> button
Turns ON/OFF the function selected in [MENU] → [SYSTEM SETTINGS] → [USER SWITCHES] → [USER1].
However, the enable/disable differs depending on the assigned function and its status.
f When disabled
- When the menu is displayed on the control panel
r When the control panel is not connected
f When the <USER 1> button
- When outputting the camera video to the viewfinder connected to the <VF SDI> terminal
Turns ON/OFF the function selected in [MENU] → [SYSTEM SETTINGS] → [USER SWITCHES] → [USER1].

f When the <PLAY> button
- When outputting the HOME screen or the INFO screen to the viewfinder connected to the <VF SDI> terminal
The PLAY screen is output to the viewfinder.
- When the menu is output to the viewfinder by pressing the <MENU> button on the camera after outputting the HOME screen to the viewfinder
connected to the <VF SDI> terminal by pressing the <SYSTEM CHK> button
The PLAY screen is output to the viewfinder.

- During playback
- When the menu is output to the viewfinder connected to the <VF SDI> terminal by pressing the <MENU> button on the camera.
2 <USER 2>/<INFO> button
r When the control panel is connected
f When the <USER 2> button
Turns ON/OFF the function selected in [MENU] → [SYSTEM SETTINGS] → [USER SWITCHES] → [USER2].
