delay of any faults that may be found. The right to claim against the warranty must be
supported by the provision of proper proof of purchase (receipt, invoice etc.). Damage
resulting from incorrect handling, operation or storage, force majeure or other external
influences, are not covered by the warranty. We assume no liability for any damage
resulting from modifications made by the user, the user will hold us indemnified
against any claims made by third parties arising from such modifications. Unless
otherwise stipulated above, our current Standard Terms and Conditions of Business
apply.
Any further claims made against the seller as a result of these warranty obligations,
in particular claims for consequential damage due to loss of profits, compensation for
use and indirect damages, cannot be asserted, if no mandatory liability is defined by
law.
In the following cases, the warranty will be rendered null and void and the device will
be returned at the cost of the purchaser:
– In case of modifications and attempts to perform repairs on the device or in
case of unauthorised modification of the circuit.
– If the device is connected to the incorrect voltage or current type.
– If accessories are used other than those recommended by the manufacturer
– In case of damage caused by failure to adhere to the operating instructions/
wiring diagram.
– In case of damage as a result of intervention by external persons.
– In case of incorrect operation or damage caused by negligent use.
– In case of faults which are caused by bypassed fuses/circuit breakers or the
use of incorrect fuses/circuit breakers.

Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH hereby declares that this charger
complies with the basic requirements and the other applicable conditions of the
Directives 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU.
