OPERAND DESCRIPTION
Source 1 VT fuse failure detector has operated
Source 1 VT fuse failure detector has dropped out
Source 1 has lost voltage signals (V2 below 10% and V1 below 5%
of nominal)
Source 1 VT neutral wire open detected.When the VT is connected in Delta,
this function should not be enabled because there is no neutral wire for Delta
connected VT.
