■High-speed pulse input/output module
Add the high-speed pulse input/output module.
Navigation window  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  Right-click  Add New Module
After adding the high-speed pulse input/output module, make settings on the the screen displayed from the following
operation.
Navigation window  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  [1 to 16 (high-speed pulse input/output module)] 
[Module Parameter]  [High Speed I/O]  "Input Function"  "Pulse Width Measurement"  "Detailed Setting"

Use input signal. The input number is fixed for each channel.
