Functions that share inputs and outputs
When using input/output for high-speed input/output function, other high-speed input/output functions cannot be used
together depending on the combination. For positioning function, refer to MELSEC iQ-F FX5 User's Manual (Positioning
Control).
■CPU module
• Input
The following functions occupy inputs of the high-speed input/output function.

*1 If used simultaneously with another function, the input logic of the other function is applied.
*2 When external preset input and external enable input are used, the number of usable channels is decreased depending on the counter
type.
*3 If positioning setting is made in the CPU module, input interrupt function will also be used simultaneously, regardless of whether input
interrupt settings are made.
However, if the interrupt input signal 1 is in high-speed mode, the input interrupt will not be used simultaneously.
• Output
The following functions occupy outputs of the high-speed input/output function. The following functions cannot be combined
with other high-speed input/output functions.

*1 When positioning is not used, the output devices (Y) for which the positioning setting is enabled with parameters can be used as PWM
outputs or general-purpose devices having no parameter.
Precautions
Do not specify an output device (Y) used by the high-speed input/output function as the output destination of the high-speed
comparison table. This may cause an unexpected operation.
