Corrective Action
(1) Check the FUSE
BLOWN indicator
LED on the output
module and replace
the fuse.
(2) Read detailed error
code using a
peripheral device and
replace the fuse of
the output module

Or, monitor special
registers D9100 to
D9107 using a
peripheral device and
replace the fuse of
the output module of
which corresponding
data bit is "1".
(3) Check the ON/OFF
status of the external
power supply for
output load.
