How to Configure the Speed of the Management Interface

Options
The following options are available:
If the duplex parameter is configured to auto, changing the speed parameter has no effect.
From the SCE(config if)# prompt, type speed 10|100|auto and press Enter.
Step 1
Specify the desired speed option.
Configuring the Speed of the Management Interface: Example
The following example shows how to use this command to configure the Management port to 100 Mbps
speed.

It is not possible to set one parameter to "Auto" and to specify the other parameter. If either speed
or duplex is set to "Auto", then both parameters will behave as if set to "Auto".
Due to the nature of the interface, 1000Mbps operation is only available when auto-negotiation is
enabled.

speed — speed in Mbps of the currently selected management port (0/1 or 0/2):
