− Use a TORX key to remove the screws (4) and re-
move the gas valve / air intake group from the
fan, taking care not to damage the seal (5).
− Remove the screws (6) and remove the gas valve
(7).
− Replace the old diaphragm (D) on the gas val-
ve with the new diaphragm supplied in the kit.
The diameter of the new diaphragm should be as
specified in the table on the previous page.
− On completion of this step, follow the above steps
in the reverse order to refit all removed parts.
Gas supply pressure
− Slacken off the shut-off screw near the pressure
measurement point (P) upstream from the gas
valve, and connect a pressure gauge to the me-
asurement point.
− Start up the boiler as instructed in the "Initial
start-up" section.
Adjust the gas feed pressure regulator G31 until the
pressure gauge reads out the rated gas feed pressure
value given in the table below.
− Disconnect the pressure gauge and close the
pressure measurement point (P).
− Check the tightness of all the joints disconnected
previously.
