3 . 1 6 Troubleshooting

FAULT
There is a smell of gas.
There is a smell of combustion
fumes
There is condensate on
the flue gas vent pipes
Combustion is uneven
Ignition is slow and the burner
pulses
The boiler gets dirty very quickly
Burner does not ignite
when heat is requested
Boiler does not start up
The boiler does not reach
its temperature setpoint
CAUSE
Leaks from the supply circuit.
Leaks from the flue gas circuit
Low flue gas temperature
Incorrect gas pressure at burner

SOLUTION
− Check that all joints are tight and that
the pressure measurement points are
closed

− - That the flues are not obstructed.
− - That combustion is efficient
− Check the combustion
− parameters and the fuel flow
− Check setting
− Check diaphragm diameter
− Check condition
− Check cleanliness of pipes
− Check cleanliness of pipes
− Check colour of flame.
− Check combustion settings

Check:
