Removing the burner
− Disconnect all the electrical connections betwe-
en the burner and the boiler.
− Unscrew the nut (1) of the gas feed pipe. Remo-
ve the small pipe (2) from the gas valve pressure
measurement point.
− Remove the comburent air feed pipe (3).
− Remove the nuts (4) and pull out the burner,
taking care not to damage the seal (5) and the
ignition electrode and detection sensor. Replace
the seal if it is worn.
Reverse the above steps to fit the new tube.

With the burner removed you can now access the
combustion chamber for maintenance and clea-
ning.
Removing the combustion head
− Remove the screws (6) and remove the com-
bustion head from the burner, taking care not
to damage the seal (8). Replace the seal if it is
worn..
Reverse the above steps to fit the parts again.
