3 . 1 5 Disassembling and cleaning the boiler

Perform the following operations before beginning any
maintenance or cleaning:
− Turn electrical power OFF at the mains supply
switch and at the control panel before commen-
cing disassembly
ExTERNAL CLEANING
Clean the boiler's casing panels and control panel with
a soft cloth damped in soapy water. To remove stubborn
marks, use a cloth damped in a 50% mix of water and
denatured alcohol or a suitable cleaning product. Wipe
the boiler dry after cleaning it.

Do not use abrasive products, petrol or triethylene.
Internal cleaning
Close the fuel shut-off cocks before removing any part
of the boiler.
Removing the casing panels and accessing parts insi-
de the boiler
− Remove the top front panel (1) by pulling it
outwards.
− Remove the bottom front panel (2) by pulling it
outwards and upwards.
− Remove the side inspection panel (3) by pulling it
towards you by its handles
Removing the control panel
− Unscrew the screws (4) and turn the control pa-
nel (5) outwards.
− Partly rotate the front panel of the control panel
and remove the screws (6).
− Remove the back cover of the control panel to
access the control units..
