Defines an index number for the new table record.
Determines whether the received SIP 'phone-context' parameter is
added as a prefix to the outgoing ISDN Setup message (for digital
interfaces) with called and calling numbers.

[0] Disable (default)

[1] Enable
Defines the Number Plan Indicator (NPI).

[0] Unknown (default)

[1] E.164 Public

[9] Private

Defines the Type of Number (TON).

If you selected Unknown as the NPI, you can select Unknown [0].
