Defines an index number for the new table record.
Defines an arbitrary name to easily identify the IP Profile.
The valid value is a string of up to 20 characters.
Defines the priority of the IP Profile, where 20 is the highest
priority and 1 the lowest priority.
Notes:
If both an IP Profile and a Tel Profile apply to the same
call, the coders and other common parameters of the
profile with the highest preference are applied to the call.
If the preference of the profiles is identical, the Tel Profile
parameters are applied.
If the coder lists of both an IP Profile and a Tel Profile
apply to the same call, only the coders common to both
are used. The order of the coders is determined by the
preference.
This parameter is applicable only to the Gateway
application.
