Failure
Printer will not power up.
Coater bar is not coating
the material tray.
The imager's temperature
is too high.
The imager has shut
down.
Network seems slow to
load web pages.
Cause
Power cord not plug into outlet or the outlet
is not working.
Debris may be interfering with the coater
bar.
Fans are not operating properly
The operating environment temperature
Cables may not be connected properly.
Internet may be having issues.
Solution
Ensure power cord is securely connected to the wall and to the
printer. Ensure electrical outlet is working.
Clear all debris from material tray. If problem presist, contact
Systems Technical Support
Confirm fans are operating properly. If problem presist, contact
Systems Technical Support
Refer to Operating Environment & Workspace
environment.
Check internet performance. Disconnect and reconnect internet
cable.
Reboot the client's computer; the printer or router.
