Routines

On the "Home" page, click on "Advanced" and select "Diagnostic" in the drop down menu to view "Routines" screen.
The purpose of the Shuttle Motion page is to allow the user to open, close and home the UV Shutter door.
Perform Maintenance Routine enables the shuttle assembly to move back and forth to remove any excess debris that may be in the tray.

NOTE: If a large piece of debris is in the tray, unlock the door, lift the shuttle tray and remove with gloves or a putty knife.
Perform Low Material Tray Fill Routine enables the printer to perform a routine to add material to a low material tray. Do not over fill

material tray.
NOTE: There is a limit to 4-fills to protect against overflowing the material tray.
Perform New Material Tray Fill Routine enables the printer to perform a routine to fill a new material tray.

NOTE: The material tray MUST be empty or near empty or this could overflow the material tray.
Start Coat Test enables the printer to perform a routine to coat the material tray. The user must input the number of cycles.

Material Tray Cure Routine enables the printer to cure material in material tray before disposing of material tray in alignment with local

standards.
NOTE: Once you perform this routine, the current material tray will no longer be capable of printing. Please discard following the
instructions provided by 3DSystems.
