5. Preventative Maintenance Check List
Wear gloves when handling VisiJet® FTI Material.
Perform preventive maintenance on an weekly basis or after a predetermined amount of V-flash™ material has been used. Use total build hours
as a measure of when to perform preventive maintenance.
CLEAN
_
Using a lint free cloth, wipe down the left and right elevator assemblies.
_
Use a lint free cloth and glass cleaner, spray the cloth then wipe the image plane and inside of printer.
_
The external surfaces.
_
Remove material that has dripped on any surface.
_
Clean mirrors with the anti-static brush.
CHECK FUNCTIONS:
_
Material cartridge for cracks or leaks
_
The software for alerts and problems.
_
The operation of door sensors.
REPLACE
_
The software will indicate when the imager lamp needs to be replaced. Replace accordingly.
_
Replace filters when dirty.
_
UV Bulb when output is low.
NOTE: Make sure cleaner does not leave residue on the glass.
NOTE: Clean all uncured resin from all surfaces inside the printer. Properly dispose all cleaning supplies that have uncured resin on
them. Properly dispose of all contaminated materials according to your local code.
