Replacement parts are available through 3D Systems Service Support and your local authorized ProJet™ reseller.
New and refurbished parts are used when performing warranty repairs. Refurbished parts and systems, are parts or systems that have been
returned to 3D Systems, some of which were never used by a customer. All parts and systems are inspected and tested for quality. Replacement
parts and systems are covered for the remaining period of the limited warranty for the product you bought.
To order replacement modules, contact 3D Systems Customer Service Support or your local reseller.
When contacting 3D Systems Customer Service Support, please have available your name, day time telephone number, day time fax number,
email address, and your modeler's serial number.
