Sensors and Output

On the "Home" page, click on "Advanced" and select "Diagnostic" in the drop down menu to view "Sensors and Ouput" screen.
The purpose of the Sensors & Outputs page is to provide feedback from various sensors and provides the ability to toggle some of the system
hardware on and off.
A
Ambient Pump Count is measured count when printer is powered on.
B
Vacuum Pump Count is measured count when printer is in vacuum mode. The Vacuum Pump Count should be ~150 count below Ambient
Pressure.

Puff Pump Count is measured count when printer is in puff mode. This value is always <100 count above Ambient Pump Count.
Cover Lock is on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Cover Lock. If checked, the cover is locked. If unchecked, the cover should

be unlocked.
Film Vacuum is on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Film Vacuum. If checked, the film pump should be providing vacuum

(negative pressure on the imaging surface of the material tray).
Film Puff is on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Film Puff. If checked, the film pump should be providing puff (positive

pressure on the imaging surface of the material tray).

UV Sensor- Measured count of UV light.

Load cell is the measured count of cartridge load at sensor.

Material Weight(g)- Measured weight in grams of material in cartridge.

Cover open is a checkbox that reports the status of the System Cover.

Fans - Build Speed is an on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Fans on the system. If checked, the Fans will be running as
build speed (faster).
Fans - Idle Speed is an on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Fans on the system. If checked, the Fans will be running as idle
L
speed (slower).
Imager Power is an on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Imager Power. If checked, the imager has power and can be turned
M
on. If Imager on is checked as well, the imager will emit light.
N
Imager On is an on / off toggle that reports the current state of the Imager. If checked, and the imager power is checked as well, the imager
will emit light. The light will only be visible in the print chamber if the UV shutter is opened. SAFETY NOTICE: The Imager emits UV Light
which can be hazardous to your vision. Please use caution and the properly recommended UV Safety glasses if opening the print
chamber with the imager turned on. This is only intended to be a troubleshooting tool.
