When error messages exist, they are displayed here.
Control loop error, the control valve does not react within the tol-
erable times of the controlled variable (tolerance band alarm
Code 19).
• Actuator mechanically blocked.
• Attachment of the positioner subsequently shifted.
• Supply pressure not sufficient.
Zero point incorrect.
Error may arise when the mounting position/linkage of the posi-
tioner moves or when the valve seat trim is worn, especially with
soft-sealed plugs.
zero calibration over Code 6 (see section 7.7 on page 62).
We recommend re-initializing the positioner when zero point de-
viations over 5 % occur.
Should an error occur in the data range of the positioner, the
self-monitoring function recognizes it and automatically corrects
it.
An error was detected in the data relevant for safety,
autocorrection is not possible. This may be due to EMC
disturbances.
The positioner changes to the fail-safe position (SAFE).
Re-initialize the positioner.
