Activates/deactivates delta y-monitoring
The percentage [%] of the entire range of the control pulse be-
tween 1 and 10000 1/s (Example: 10 % = 10000 1/s)
The partial stroke test is canceled if the change in control signal
(delta y) varies from the y-monitoring reference value by this
amount.
