Enabling LLDP polling

With LLDP polling enabled, a device periodically searches for local configuration changes. On detecting
a configuration change, the device sends LLDPDUs to inform neighboring devices of the change.
To enable LLDP polling:
Step
1.
Enter system view.
2.
Enter Ethernet interface
view or port group view.
3.
Enable LLDP polling and
set the polling interval.

Configuring the advertisable TLVs

To configure the advertisable LLDPDU TLVs on the specified port or ports:

Enter system view.
2.
Enter Ethernet interface
view or port group view.
3.
Configure the
advertisable TLVs (Layer
2 Ethernet interface view
or port group view).
4.
Configure the
advertisable TLVs (Layer
3 Ethernet interface
view).
