17. Unpack the new printhead.
IMPORTANT
Keep the printhead in its sealed foil package and at the prescribed orientation until
immediately prior to placement into the printer.
18. Open one end of the cardboard box and slide out of the vacuum-sealed foil package.
19. Examine the condition of the foil package and inspect the integrity of the vacuum seal. If the seal
is broken, do not use the printhead.
