Intended use

Schaerer Coffee Prime is designed to dispense variations of coffee or milk beverages in cups.
The machine can also dispense hot water. This machine is intended for industrial and com-
mercial use. The machine can be operated in self-service areas if it is supervised by trained
staff.
Use of this machine is also subject to the Schaerer AG "General Terms and Conditions" and
these operating instructions. Any other use or use that extends beyond this is deemed unin-
tended. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from such use.
Improper handling of the coffee machine can result in damage.
Under no circumstances may the coffee machine be used to heat or dispense any liq-
uids other than coffee, powder-based beverages, hot water (beverages, cleaning) or
milk. The milk used must be pasteurised, homogenised and/or ultra-high-temperature
treated. Never use raw milk.
