Operator profile

The "Operator" has limited access to service functions.
The "Service" main menu is contained in the [Settings] "Service menu" of the [Operator] pro-
file.
The following functions can be selected directly in the "Service menu" of the [Operator] profile.
Start rinsing
Start cleaning
Touch screen cleaning (30 sec)
Switch the milk system on / off
Switch on quick info (current boiler temperatures shown at the bottom right of the display)
Settings
Standby
Open the service door
The contents of the main menus are described below in this chapter.
Description
See "Programming" – "Caretaker profile" –
"Beverage icon selection"
The filter change process is display-guided.
► Have the filter cartridge ready.
► Place the filter cartridge in water for
15 min.
► Follow the display instructions.
The descaling process is display-guided.
► Have two bottles (0.75 l) of liquid descal-
er ready.
► Have a container (5 l) ready for placing
under the machine.
Descaling is performed in three stages:
Cooling
Descaling
Rinsing

Chef de service profile

The chef de service has access to the beverage parameters, the self-service mode and the
settings in the "Accounting" menu.
The following main menus are contained in the [Chef de service] profile:

The descaling progress of
the individual stages is re-
ported in %.
