► Swivel the non-cleaning foamer 90° to the right and pull forwards and off the steam nozzle.
► Place the new non-cleaning foamer on the steam nozzle. Observe the colour code (see the
description above).
► Swivel the new non-cleaning foamer 90° to the left and snap it into place.
► Guide the milk hose and milk nozzle to the right and out of the machine.
► Close the service door
Option 1: Milk Smart
The height difference between the milk package and the beverage outlet must not exceed
40 cm.
► Have fresh, pre-cooled milk (3 – 5°C) ready.
► Hang the hose(s) in the milk.
The hose end must be in contact with the container floor.

Option 2: Side cooling unit
Check the cooling temperature of 3 – 5°C regularly.
See also "Safety notes" – "Hygiene regulations" – "Milk".
► Open the door.
► Check the cooling temperature shown on the display.
► Remove and rinse out the milk container.
► Pour in fresh, pre-cooled milk (3 – 5°C).
Ensure that the milk added does not touch the closed milk container cover.
► Place the milk container into the cooling unit.
► Hang the hose(s) in the container.
The hose end must be in contact with the container floor.
► Close the door.
Option 3: Under-machine cooling unit
► Open the door.
► Remove and rinse out the milk container.
► Pour in fresh, pre-cooled milk (3 – 5°C).
Ensure that the milk added does not touch the closed milk container cover.
► Place the milk container into the cooling unit.
► Hang the hose in the container.
The hose end must be in contact with the container floor.
