Troubleshooting Assembly Level Problems

LCD Display Appears to be Inoperative (Dark)

1. Verify that the display is 'Dark' due to the instrument "Screen Saver"
2. With the signal generator connected to the appropriate power line voltage
3. With the signal generator turned On, verify the green front panel LED is
4. Verify, by listening, that the fans are on.
5. Verify that the LEDs for the Mod On/Off and RF On/Off keys turn on and off
6. Connect via LAN or USB cable to the rear of the unit and connect via the
