Removal Procedure

Refer to
1. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the covers from the signal generator. Refer to
3. Remove the Rotary Pulse Generator (RPG) knob by carefully pulling it off
4. Remove the front-panel from the signal generator. Refer to
5. Remove the A6 Front Panel Interface Scan assembly from the front panel.
6. Remove the LCD Display from the signal generator. Refer to
7. Using the T-10 driver, remove the three screws (1) that secure the Side
8. Using the T-10 driver, remove the nine screws (3) that secure the Key Pad
9. Remove the Key Pad and Key Pad Board.

Replacement Procedure

1. Reverse the order of the removal procedure.
Refer to
they are snug, then install the remaining ten screws.
2. Recommended torque for all screws is 9 in–lbs.
3. Perform the post-repair performance tests that pertain to this
