If the user is connected to a secure or authenticated server, a corresponding icon (lock or certificate) is displayed
on the home screen to the right of the server option. If the user is not connected to a secure or authenticated
server, no icon appears.
Status Menu
To display the Status menu, choose Settings > About device > Status.

An "Upgrade Progress" menu item appears under "Cisco load information" group if Cisco Desktop
Collaboration Experience is upgrading. This item does not appear in normal operation, when Cisco
Desktop Collaboration Experience is not upgrading.
Description
Date of the most recent firmware upgrade.
DNS or IP address of the server to which Cisco Desktop
Collaboration Experience is registered.
DNS or IP address of the standby server.
Submenu that provides a means for reporting problems. Tap to select
and enter date, time, problem application problem description, and
customer support email address. Tap Create email report in submenu
to gather log information and send to support. For more information,

Description
Provides the Status Messages screen, which shows a log of important
system messages. For more information, see the
Screen, on page
169.
Indicates device mobile directory number.
Indicates device IP address.
Provides the IP address of the current Wi-Fi connection.
