Description
Protected Calling
Provides a secure (encrypted) connection
between two Cisco Desktop Collaboration
Experience devices or a Cisco Desktop
Collaboration Experience and IP phone. A
security tone is played at the beginning of
the call to indicate that both devices are
protected. Some features, such as conference
calling, shared lines, and Join Across Lines
are not available when protected calling is
configured. Protected calls are not
authenticated.
Ringtone Setting
Identifies ring type used for a line when
Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience has
another active call.
Ringtone
Users can customize how their Cisco
Desktop Collaboration Experience indicates
an incoming call and a new voice message.
