Configure Product-Specific Options

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration allows you to set some product-specific configuration
parameters for Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience phones in any of the following windows:
• Enterprise Phone Configuration window (System > Enterprise Phone Configuration)
• Common Phone Profile window (Device > Device Settings > Common Phone Profile), in the Product
• Device Phone Configuration window (Device > Phone > Add New > Cisco DX650), in the Product
The following table shows the product-specific configuration options.
Description
Allows users to redirect connected calls from
their Cisco Desktop Collaboration
Experience device to another number.
The user can connect two calls to each other.
The user can remain on the line or transfer
the call without staying on line.
Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience
users can toggle video off or on during video
calls by selecting the Enable/Disable Video
call option from the phone application menu.
The Video Toggle On/Off icon appears in
the menu bar when the menu key is pressed.
Enables callers to leave messages if calls are
unanswered.
