4.2.6.3. Connectability of JRC RADAR Series
The Connectability of JRC RADAR equipment is tabulated as below. All the RADAR equipment
other than JMA-9900 / 9800mk2 needs an additional video buffer inside.
1) JMA-9900 / 9800mk2 series
The type of its output connector, HD (3WAY), is different from that of the input connectors of the
VDR, BNC. A connection kit (CQD-1891) is therefore needed to connect them.
* JMA-9900 / 9800mk2 series Radar should be connected to the S-VDR
2) JMA-5300 series
*To make the output to the VDR viable, please incorporate an amplifier (CAD-249), RGB cable
(CFQ-8914) and VDR connection kit (CQD-1891) into the RADAR equipment, using a kit
provided by JRC.
* JMA-5300 series Radar should be connected to the S-VDR
