Gas conversion
The cooker is designed either for natural gas or liquefied petrol gas (propane – butane)
operation. For gas conversion, the nozzles should be substituted. Refer to Table 10 to select
the nozzles of adequate orifice size and for a particular gas type and take them from the
Accessory Kit furnished with the cooker.
For gas conversion, proceed as follows:
1 - Substitute the nozzles
2 - Install either the LPG coupling with seal (if not already installed, you will find it in the
accessory kit) or the connection hose for natural gas with seal (not delivered with the
cooker).
3 - Set each gas burner flame to "min".
4 - Apply a new "ATTENTION" label (you will find it in the accessory kit) upon the gas
conversion.
Nozzle substitution
To substitute burner nozzles (Figure 38), proceed as follows:
1 - Unplug the cooker from power supply.
2 - Remove the pan supports and burners from the respective seats (1).
3 -With adequate key (3) remove the existing nozzles (2) and install the nozzles suitable for
the available gas type (see Table 10 - Nozzles). Each nozzle has its code number
indicating the nozzle diameter in hundredths of millimetre.
4 - Replace the burners and light the flame as described before.
