Oven cleaning
Clean the oven interior immediately after each use, while the
oven is still warm.
In case of not cleaning oven after each use, white lacquered lid
cookers can turn yellow at the exit of hot steam from the oven,
which can not be subject to complaint.
Clean the interior with warm soap solution and let it dry and ventilate. From time to time, clean
the oven with commercially available oven cleaners following the manufacturer's instructions
and making sure that the cleaner does not come in contact with painted, stainless steel and
zinc plated surfaces or with exposed heaters on the top of the oven. Baking pans and pan
guides are cleaned with water and a commercially available cleaner.
To facilitate the oven cleaning, remove the oven door as follows (Figure 26):
1. Open the door fully
2. Pull the hinges (1) upwards
3. Close the door slowly (2) until the hinges engage in the door slots
4. While in a half-open position, slightly lift the door (3) and pull it out from the sockets (4)
To reinstall the door, proceed in inverse order making sure that the hinges are firmly seated in
the respective sockets.
Ovens with smooth internal walls are furnished with chrome-plated tray guides and self-
cleaning catalytic panels covering those walls (Figure 27).
