Do not keep flammable and/or explosive objects (i.e. clothes, paper,
plastics, etc.) in the drawer below the oven to avoid the risk of fire
or explosion! Use this drawer only for the cooker accessories
currently not in use.
Do not use the cooker for room heating !
Before connecting the cooker to LPG gas bottle, carefully read the
instructions for the use of the gas bottle and its pressure control
valve and make sure that the hose does not come in contact with
the back panel of the cooker.
When using other electrical appliances in the vicinity of the cooker,
make sure that their cords do not come in contact with hot parts of
the cooker or with open flame.
Do not clean the oven with a high pressure steam unit, because it
may cause a short circuit and damage the cooker.
The glass ceramic cooking surface is highly resistant to mechanical
damage, but is not break-proof! In particular, pointed, sharp, hard
object falling from above, may damage the glass ceramic surface.
If you note any cracks, fissures or breaks on the glass ceramic
surface, turn off all heating zone control knobs, disconnect the
cooker from the power supply or remove the relevant fuse and call
an authorised Customer Service.
Do not use the glass ceramic surface as a work surface!
Do not use abrasive products or sharp metal tools for oven door
cleaning to avoid scratches which might cause subsequent
shattering and scattering of the glass.
Because of fire risk, heating of food wrapped in Al-foil or in plastic
ware on the heating plate is not permitted.
Do not cook food on the bottom of the oven and do not line the
oven with aluminium foil because it may cause damage to the oven
enamel coating and reduce its cooking efficiency.
Immediately upon switching on of a heating zone, a buzzing sound
is heard for a while. This is typical for radiation heating and does
not affect the function of the heating zones.
Overheated oil or fat may easily catch fire on hot cooking zone.
Therefore, be very careful when preparing the food in hot oil.
Never turn the heating zones and/or the burners on, unless there is
a saucepan with food on the top.
Certain cooker models are furnished with painted or glass covers.
To prevent any damage, such covers may be closed only when the
heating zones and/or gas burners have cooled down.
