MULTI-SYSTEM OVEN OPERATION
Attention !
Risk of burns !
During the operation, the oven gets hot. Be careful not to
touch the heaters inside the oven while in operation !

Then clean the oven with warm water and a little of dishwashing liquid. This oven is designed
for several operating modes. With the operating mode selector switch you can set the oven to
conventional baking mode (upper and lower haters ON), to fan assisted baking mode and to
one of three available grilling modes.
With fan assisted baking, the fan, which is located in the rear side of the oven, aspirates the
air from the oven, forces it over the heater and circulates the hot air within the oven, directly to
the food. Thus the fan ensures continuous hot air circulation.
Temperatures required for roasting or grilling are slightly lower than the temperatures required
for conventional heating mode. Practical experience has shown that for certain food better
results are achieved with conventional baking and for certain other food fan assisted baking
yields better results. It's up to you to select your preferred mode.
Note:
Tables give examples of food that should be cooked at adequate temperature and serve
only as a general guide, because everyone cooks in accordance with their own routine
and experience.
Thawing without heating (cold air circulation) (Figure 17)

This function serves for fast thawing of frozen food by
means of air circulation without heating. This function may
be used to thaw butter, fruits, jelly, chocolate cakes, etc.
Set the operating mode selector knob to the symbol
and temperature control knob to the position "0".

When using the oven for the first time, before
putting the food in, let the empty oven heat-up
for 30 minutes to burn out various products
used in the manufacture and eliminate
unpleasant smell. Set the temperature control
knob to 250 °C (Figure 15), and the baking
mode selector knob (Figure 16) to symbol
. Ventilate the room. Let the oven cool
down.
