Tray guides may be easily removed by sliding them slightly downwards (1) to release them
from the side screw groove, then lifting them upwards to release them from the holes (3). The
catalytic panels can be removed by lifting them slightly upwards (4) , (5). To reinstall the tray
guides and catalytic panels proceed in inverse order, i.e. install the catalytic panels first and
then insert the tray guides in the holes on the side walls and fix them in place by engaging the
screw into the respective groove.
The catalytic panel surface is coated with micro porous enamel which gradually oxidizes and
evaporates oil and grease splashes during the baking at temperatures exceeding 200 ° C. If
the oven cavity is not clean enough after cooking particularly fat dishes, leave the empty oven
to operate at the highest temperature for max. 60 minutes.
The self-cleaning catalytic panels shall not be washed and cleaned with abrasive products or
with acid- or alkali-based products.
The efficiency of the catalytic panels decreases over time and therefore it is recommended to
replace them after several years in use.
To remove the built-up grease from the fan, remove the rear wall to allow access to the fan
and clean it.
Make sure to disconnect the cooker from the power supply
prior to proceeding with the removal of the rear partition.
After the cleaning, reinstall the partition in its place.
Cooker drawer
To facilitate the drawing out, lift the drawer slightly and pull it. If you want to take it out from the
oven (Figure 29), pull it to the end stop (1), lift the front part at approx. 20
upwards (3) while in that position to remove it from the lateral drawer guides.
To place the drawer back into the cooker, proceed in opposite order taking care that lateral
plastic guides do not slip out of the metal lateral guides of the oven. While sliding the drawer
in, the guides must be in the foremost position (4).

To remove the wall, loosen 5 fixing screws (1)
(Figure 28) After the cleaning, fit the rear wall back
and fix it with 5 screws (1).
If the partition surface is coated with catalytic
enamel, proceed with its cleaning as described
above for the catalytic panel cleaning and
maintenance.
