OSPF configuration using Enterprise Device Manager
Procedure steps
1. In the navigation tree, open the following folders: Configuration > VLAN.
2. Click VLANs.
3. Select a VLAN.
4. Click IP.
5. Click the OSPF tab.
6. To enable OSPF on the VLAN interface, click Enable.
7. In the HelloInterval box, specify the time in seconds, between the Hello packets
8. In the RtrDeadInterval box, specify the time in seconds that a routers Hello packets
9. In the DesigRtrPriority box, designate a value.
10. In the Metric box, enter the primary routing metric for a route.
11. If desired, select an authentication type.
12. To enable authentication, in the AuthType box, select either none, simplePassword
13. If you chose a simplePassword authentication, enter a password in the AuthKey
14. Enter the AreaId.
15. If desired, select AdvertiseWhenDown.
16. Select an IfType.
17. Specify a PollInterval.
18. Enable or disable IfMtuIgnore.
19. In the BfdEnable box, select enable or disable check box.
20. Click Apply.
