Job aid The Avaya passive CWDM optical add drop multiplexer (OADM) sends and receives signals to and from CWDM SFPs installed in the switch. The OADM adds or drops a specific wavelength from the optical fiber, and allows all other wavelengths to pass through unaffected.

    100BASE-FX SFP specifications 100BASE-FX SFP specifications The 100BASE-FX SFP provides 100 Mbit/s Ethernet Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection (CSMA-CD) connectivity using multimode optical fiber.
