Adjusting Your Extension's Loudspeaker
and Handset's Listening Volume
Your extension features a loudspeaker that has 10 different volume
levels in order to adapt to the various conditions that arise when
communicating in handsfree mode. This listening volume level is
also applied to the handset.
For the hearing-impaired persons, your extension also offers an
adjustment enabling you to increase the listening volume on the
loudspeaker and the handset by + 6 dB in relation to a normal
threshold.
To select a normal or loud listening volume for your extension's
loudspeaker and handset, after accessing your extension's physical
programming mode and selecting the "Hearing Level" feature then
framed:

Hearing Level
Network
Exit
Press the dynamic function key shown on the left.
Your extension displays the following screen, with the listening
volume selections as "Standard" or "Increased".

Press one of the dynamic function keys shown on the left to
select the desired level.
Press the dynamic function key shown on the left.
Your setting is saved, then after several seconds, the welcome
screens for the physical programming of your extension are re-
displayed.
