The description to this point is sufficient to understand how the circuit is biased. The 3 MHz
operation is described in the following paragraphs.
Potentiometer R41 is added and the signal from the collector of Q9 is fed into the base of Q7
by C28. (See Figure 3.)

The circuit still operates the same because there is no load on the emitter of Q7 and hence
no collector current. (Remember, this is 3 MHz AC operation.) If a load (Y4) is added
to the emitter of Q7, collector current is developed and this current is fed back into the
